Terms of ServiceShipping Information:
All orders are shipped out within one business day. Your order will be shipped out via one of our participating partners, which include USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. Orders placed and paid after Noon or during the weekend will be shipped the next business day (excluding U.S. Holidays). Our shipping rates include the cost of shipping, handling and packaging. The Seller reserves the right to choose or switch to the most secure shipping method or shipping carrier. We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address. Tracking: Once we have confirmed that your order was picked up by the shipping carrier, we will update the tracking information through eBay. Shipping Destination: Shipping/Handling rates shown below in the Shipping and Payments detail section apply to 50 US States, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses and other US territories with a valid US zip code. Local Pick Up: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we do not allow local pick up. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
In the event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise, we will replace the item at no cost to you as long as it is reported within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Exchanges are subject to availability. Buyer is required to keep the original package(s) and box(es) for claims In the event that you would like to return your purchase, we allow returns that are processed within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please contact us for a return authorization and the return shipping address. Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer and all returns are subject to a minimum of a 15% restocking fee.
