You can expect great customer support and lighting fast shipping, however our low prices do not allow us room to accept returns for opened Electronics. All of our products are brand new and in original retail/box packaging with UPC intact, unless otherwise mentioned on the listing. After purchase, we will require the customer to deal directly with the particular manufacturer and their warranty policies. In "some cases", at our own discretion, we do grant RMA for opened goods, however an excessive restocking fee of up to 30% will be charged. Shipping and handling fees are the costs of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. In the event an item is sold with "free shipping", Genesis21shop will refund the amount of sale, less "actual shipping costs" to customer. Please note we have to charge that fee as we do not sell used merchandise and we have to liquidate those items at a great loss. Return for sealed merchandise are allowed within 7-10 days of delivery. Please email us to request RMA - return authorization. We charge a 10% restocking fee for "sealed merchandise returns" on items delivered within 7 days. Shipping and handling fees are the costs of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. In the event an item is sold with "free shipping", Genesis21shop will refund the amount of sale, less "actual shipping costs" to customer. Damaged/DOA/Defective shipments reported within 7 days are immediately replaced free of charge (subject to stock availability). After the approval is sent, we will have to receive the item within the next 7 days. No refund/exchange will be made if the package is late without notice. All returns with missing part (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials) will not be processed until the part is received. Please inquire about our extended Holiday Return Policy, for gift returns. Again, please do not send your return prior to asking for a RMA number by contacting us. Return without an RMA on the box will be refused by our warehouse! The following items are not allowed for return/exchange under any circumstances if opened: - Rubber Broom Please include a copy of the order invoice/packing slip, from the original order along with a copy of the email confirmation in the return package. We will not be held responsible if the return package is stolen or damaged during delivery. All policies above will be strictly followed with no exception. We reserve the right to update the policies above without any prior notice. Price Protection: Please be advised, it is not our policy, nor can it be our policy to continuously refund customers who paid slightly more for products than the current advertised price. Our merchandise comes in at different times, and from different vendors at different prices, which is therefore modified on a daily to weekly basis. Just as we cannot charge our customer more after there is a price increase we can also not refund after a price decrease.
